Tesla Cyber Truck

Last weekend I read an article about Elon Musk's approach to advertising. He decided that the least amount of advertisement would be the best course of action for tesla at least Television wise. The author notes how Tesla skyrocketed in popularity after taking its different approach, supporting Elon Musk's decision into canceling his advertisement. Some of the ways Elon Musk gives information about his vehicles and company updates are via tweets when responding to people for questions about the cars, and when presenting cars live like the Cyber Truck. This was interesting to me because it showed how much risk Elon Musk would take by not pushing out his product but in the long-run provided him with more car sales.

  1. I wouldn't be so certain that not having any form of advertising was one of the main reasons for its success. I would say more because of the media commenting on its outlandish style and the reputation of Elon's projects.
